I am very happy to be writing this letter.  My name is Kerry Hamilton.  My wife Beth and I recently bought a home in Bellbrook through Keller Williams.  We are so pleased with the services and professionalism of Nona Trejo, that we had to let you know.  I have not been a big fan of Realtors we have dealt with in the past.  We have typically had one let down after another and it was usually related to poor follow through and communication.  Unfortunately, we have had several experiences with Realtors that did not meet the most basic expectations.

I am so glad that we found Nona Trejo.  Nona was the first to respond to our email, of three Realtors that we interviewed.  She was also the only one that was "really" interested in learning about our needs and interests.  She asked us questions that made sense and she responded to our questions.  We are new to the Dayton area and needed a lot of help determining where we wanted to live.  Nona was professional, patient and absolutely relentless in pursuing whatever we threw at her.  We looked in half a dozen neighborhoods and at dozens of homes and Nona never made us feel uncomfortable or tried to pressure us into a home.  She never made us feel that we were taking too long or that we were wasting her time.  She would bounce from home to home with us and smile as we waffled back and forth about what area we wanted to live in.  Throughout the process she was informative and supportive.  She provided us with tons of community information, maps and statistical data to support or dispute things we were hearing about different areas.  She was always non-committal and yet she offered us advice that let us make sound decisions based on fact, not conjecture or opinion.  I told my wife several times during the process that this is what a Realtor is supposed to do.  I have typically asked for information or data and the Realtor would give me an opinion or take days to get back to me and it would usually be of little use.  Nona gave us real data about homes bought and sold that would be comparable.  She gave us information about communities and schools.  She did all this in a matter of hours, yes hours, not days or weeks.  We have spread the word to family and friends about the great service we received throughout our home buying process.  The Hamilton Family is now a loyal Keller Willams customer due to the dedicated and reliable efforts of Nona Trejo.
